iPhone: open the profile, then approve in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. Windows/Linux: run the downloaded installer as administrator/root; run it with -Undo / --undo to restore settings. Review the included instructions first. Browser Secure DNS should use this URL or your system resolver.
Domain exceptions
One domain per line. Changes also cover subdomains. Allowing a domain here does not override Quad9’s malware protection.

Emergency mode uses Quad9 directly with no ad blocking. Switching is manual. This service uses one VPS; an outage can stop new DNS lookups. Recovery keys and WireGuard administration details are in your separate recovery kit.
